One Way Shut Off

These couplings have a shut-off valve in the socket half (female) only which prevents fluid loss on the supply end of a line. The plugs (males) are normally un-valved.  One way shut off couplings are commonly used in pneumatic applications and for breathing air lines.

Rectus 21 Series - Rectus 21 Series are the worlds most popular mini industrial coupling and are suitable for liquids and gases. Diameters are only 16 mm and airflow is surprisingly high. 1/8 and 1/4 inch BSP connections male or female thread as well as hose barb connections. Valves in the coupling (female) prevent fluid loss. Construction is nickel plated brass.

CEJN 320 Series  Now obsolete.  Superseded by the safety version Cejn 320 eSafe series  (see below). These Cejn couplings conform to the European standard profile and interchange with similar couplings in the market. Airflow is high. Pressure drop is low. Available in 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 inch BSP male and female as well as hose barb connections. Material is zinc plated steel/brass female and zinc plated hardened steel males.

CEJN eSafe 320 Series (European standard profile) The new generation Safety Air Coupling from Cejn. These Cejn eSafe couplings have a vented safety function eliminating the risk of hose whip. One hand push-to-connect and disconnects only after venting. Airflow is high. Pressure drop is low. Material is zinc plated steel/brass females and zinc plated hardened steel males. These Cejn fittings provide high air flow, are lightweight yet robust construction. Couplers are zinc plated steel/brass and probes are hardened zinc plated steel. Two stage safety feature guards against accidental disconnection. Grip friendly sleeve. Coupling and nipple are nickel plated brass.

These industrial interchange couplings are durable Hansen air couplings available in 3 different body sizes (1/4, 3/8 & 1/2"). The sockets (females) have valves to prevent fluid loss and are constructed of brass with heavy duty steel sleeves. The plugs (males) are available mainly in steel with some brass available. The 1/4" size is also available in stainless steel. Hansen Series 1000 (1/4" body), Hansen Series 400 (3/8" body) and Hansen Series 500 (1/2" body).
Sockets (females) from this Hansen series are made entirely from brass. They feature push to connect one hand operation. Four different body sizes are available (1/4, 3/8, 1/2 and 3/4") with connections up to 1". These couplings are mainly used for compressed air but they will also handle other fluids and gases. Hansen Series 3000 (1/4" body), Hansen Series 4000 (3/8" body), Hansen Series 5000 (1/2" body), Hansen Series 6000 (3/4" body).

Hansen Series RL 'Ring Lock' couplings are heavy duty pneumatic couplings. These Hansen RL series couplings will not disconnect when dragged along the ground and often used on pneumatic tools in the mining industry.

Foster Series 2 is a 1/8" body one way shut off coupling. Brass and Steel construction. Rated pressure 300 psi.
Rectus 33KA series (single shut-off) is an industrial coupling with Atlas Copco profile QIC10 NIP10. Specially suited for use with gaseous media in industry. Single hand push-to-connect.  UltraFlo valve for optimum flow and low pressure drop.
35 bar working pressures (with 4:1 safety factor).
Coupler is brass/steel nickel plated.
Probe is steel nickel plated.
